The NASA site is nice, with lots of good info. I could have used a little less animated fields and a few more real pictures. A former co-worker of mine did microbial testing on the Mars Rovers, which I always thought was cool.
WBT and WBE both have benefits, just make sure you don't mistake one for the other.

i really like the idea for your vote. a class blog would be great! it would give everyone a place to discuss topics each week in addition to the walden site.

Hi Dan! Nice poll. I echo Melander's thoughts. It would be an interesting experiment I think in terms of using the blog in addition to the formal discussion board. Interestingly, perhaps the blogosphere will replace the discussion board at some point.

Thank you for adding the vote to your blog. I think one blog for the class would be good instead of all the individual ones but I know that is not the whole point of this exercise.
NASA provides quite a bit of information for students on all levels. See if you like this site for 2nd to 5th graders.
